VideoBank AIS is a cross-platform Digital Content Management (DCM) and Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) app for capturing, editing, organizing, and collaborating on media assets, including live streaming, geospatial mapping, and tactical tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a region where the service is available. By signing up, you confirm your information is accurate and complete.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
4. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or professional purposes as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the app.
5. Content Management & Sharing
Upload, edit, and share media via local or server-based clip bins. All content must comply with laws and respect third-party rights.
User Content License:You retain ownership but grant us and other users a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content within the app. We are not liable for user content.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including code, designs, and trademarks, is owned by us or licensors. No use implies transfer of rights. Report infringements viasupport@videobankdigital.com.
7. Collaboration Features
VMR sessions, chat, live maps, and streaming are for lawful professional use. We are not liable for user-generated content, session disruptions, or third-party integrations.
8. Platform Use
- Use bots or automated tools
- Impersonate others or submit false data
- Disrupt servers or tamper with features
- Violate laws, intellectual property, or privacy rights
9. Privacy
We collect and use data per our Privacy Policy. No personal data sales; usage supports app functionality and analytics.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness. Liability is limited to fees paid (if any); no consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for breaches, fraud, or misuse.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with notice via app or email. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts in the United States.
